Bind a registry to a name Sepolia · RPC: app default

Writes the par.registry text record on a name you own so readers can use it instead of an address. The record is public; privacy then rests on the bucket keys alone. Supports ENS (.eth, mainnet + Sepolia), Gwei Name Service (.gwei, mainnet) and Wei Name Service (.wei, mainnet).
